PRICES:
Basic price 1750.- Euro/week (for 2 people)
Up to 6 more people are welcome:
Adults:
300 euros/week/person
Children:
175 euros/week/child
During the summer holidays the basic price is
2.800,- Euro per week (for up to 7 people)
Depending on the constellation of the family we can host two more poeple - 9 people in total. They are charged with 300,- Euro/week/person.
The weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday
The final cleaning is charged at 120 euros for the main house and 40 euros each for the outbuildings

pets
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. The final cleaning is then an additional 50 euros.
Heating flat rate In the colder season from October 1st to May 15th we charge an additional heating flat rate of 15 euros / day.
conditions
To secure your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50 percent of the rental price after the booking has been confirmed.
The remaining rental price is to be transferred 60 days before arrival.
cancellation
The rental contract is binding, ordinary termination is excluded. If the trip is not started and we cannot rent the house again under the same conditions, the following cancellation costs apply:
Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period 20% of the rental price plus 12% processing fee as cancellation costs;
Cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the rental period 60% of the total rent as cancellation costs
Cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the total rent as cancellation costs.
If we can rent the house again on the same terms, the rent will be refunded minus the processing fee.
